TABASCO^® Flavored Cinnamon Jelly Belly^® Jelly Beans

“We are always looking for unique new flavors for our Jelly Belly^® jelly beans—and TABASCO^® brand Pepper Sauce is a highly recognizable flavor with a high brand identity. Our marketing and executive management thought it would be fun to create a TABASCO^®-flavored Jelly Belly^® jelly bean, so the Jelly Belly^® Research and Development group worked in cooperation with people at McIlhenny Company over a period of six months. After some internal test panels, we decided to “sweeten” the intensely hot flavor of TABASCO^® with a bit of cinnamon—resulting in TABASCO^® Flavored Cinnamon Jelly Belly^®. The product has been sold in the U.S. and other countries in both bulk and packaged form.”
