Dry Red Flavoring
A pungent pepper powder that captures the essence
of TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce.
Prepared from the same aged red peppers we use to make our Original Red Sauce, our Dry Flavoring delivers unique, complex flavor and heat to breading systems, sauce and entree seasoning blends, and snack and meat seasonings. Because it’s roughly 10 times the heat level of our Original Red Sauce, we recommend usage levels of .25% to 1% in finished products or 5% to 10% in seasoning bases.
Crushed Red Pepper
