 ABASCO®
brand Crushed Pepper is a pungent crushed pepper blend of seed and skin prepared
from aged red peppers, fermented with salt, mixed with high-quality vinegar, screened
to separate the skin and seed material and dried. The resulting product has the
unique flavor profile of Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce in a dry form.
It adds a unique flavor profile to applications that call for crushed red pepper.
Whether used as 100% substitute or blended with your regular crushed red pepper,
your consumers are certain to take note of the added flavor. A convenient dry
form, easily added by itself or as part of a seasoning component. Recommended
usage levels: as a one-to-one substitute for crushed red pepper.
APPLICATIONS
