Manufacturing Procedures
- Blend all ingredients except oleoresin paprika until uniform. Add oleoresin
paprika and blend to uniform color.
- Add 1 ounce (28 grams) of mix for pound of chicken wings to be prepared. Cover
the wings with the seasoning by shaking in bag to assure a uniform coating. Bake
uncovered for 45 minutes at 375°.
