Liquid Test Formulas:
Spicy Citrus Wing Sauce
with TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce
and TABASCO® brand Pepper Pulp
An Asian twist to hot wings.
Ingredients
Manufacturing Procedures
- Dry blend the spices, salt and sugar until well mixed.
- Mix the TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce, TABASCO®
brand Pepper Pulp, soy sauce and orange concentrate.
- Under agitation, add dry ingredients.
- Start heating with agitation and bring temperature to 200° F. Hold at 200°
F for 5 minutes, continuing agitation.
- Hot fill into jars at no less than 185° F, hold for 8 minutes, then water
cool at no more than 95° - 100° F.
