Ingredients

TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce 74.67%
TABASCO® brand Pepper Pulp 1.20%
Soy Sauce, Kikkoman® regular 12.85%
Orange Concentrate, 65° Brix 3.00%
Black Pepper 20/50 0.08%
Ginger, ground 0.70%
Salt 0.35%
Sugar 4.00%
Garlic Powder 0.50%
Onion Powder 0.65%
Soybean Oil 2.00%

Manufacturing Procedures

  1. Dry blend the spices, salt and sugar until well mixed.
  2. Mix the TABASCO® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce, TABASCO® brand Pepper Pulp, soy sauce and orange concentrate.
  3. Under agitation, add dry ingredients.
  4. Start heating with agitation and bring temperature to 200° F. Hold at 200° F for 5 minutes, continuing agitation.
  5. Hot fill into jars at no less than 185° F, hold for 8 minutes, then water cool at no more than 95° - 100° F.
