TABASCO^® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce

ABASCO^® brand Garlic Pepper Sauce is prepared by combining the flavor of garlic with three different varieties of red peppers: cayenne, oak-aged tabasco and red jalapeño peppers. This blend is mixed with vinegar and water and put through a series of screens. The final product has a mild pepper character with garlic and vinegar notes.

APPLICATIONS
Use as a natural flavor enhancer for salad dressing, entrees, egg dishes, salsa and cocktail sauces. It works well in meat and poultry marinades, seafood dishes and other foods where a mild pepper flavor with strong garlic notes can enhance taste. The pungent garlic flavor is ideal for Italian dishes.
