 ABASCO®
brand Habanero Pepper Sauce is an extremely pungent Jamaican-style sauce that
is prepared by combining several exotic fruit ingredients with hot habanero peppers.
The blend of habanero, mango, banana, tamarind, papaya and other ingredients is
mixed with vinegar and then put through a series of screens to assure consistency.
APPLICATIONS
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce adds a Caribbean flavor to any dish. The sauce
works well as a marinade or a basting sauce. It can also be used to spice up cheese
and bean dips or brushed on grilled steaks, ribs and chicken.
